FACTORY

Inside the Factory

Our production base is located in Xiangdong Industrial Park, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province. Pingxiang has been China's largest tower packing manufacturing cluster for decades — raw material suppliers, kiln builders, mold makers and testing labs are all within a 30-minute drive. This local supply chain gives us cost and speed advantages that factories outside this region cannot match. We produce ceramic, plastic and metal process media on separate dedicated lines, each with its own raw material prep, forming, finishing and QC workflow.

Ceramic Production

Our ceramic line covers the full process: raw material batching, ball milling, pug mixing, forming (pressing, extrusion or rolling), drying, high-temperature sintering up to 1680°C, and finishing. We control kiln firing curves with ±5°C accuracy to ensure consistent density, porosity and crush strength across every batch. This line produces ceramic random packing, structured packing, inert ceramic balls, honeycomb ceramics, activated alumina, grinding media and acid resistant bricks.

Plastic Production

Our plastic line uses injection molding and extrusion to produce random packing and structured packing in PP, PE, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, PTFE, PFA and FEP. Mold tooling is designed and maintained in-house. Each polymer has its own processing temperature profile and cooling parameters. Finished parts are checked for dimensional tolerance, wall thickness uniformity and surface finish before packing.

Metal Production

Our metal line processes stainless steel (SS304, SS316L) and carbon steel sheet and wire into random packing, structured packing and tower internals. Operations include stamping, punching, rolling, welding and surface treatment. Metal products are checked for dimensional accuracy, weld integrity and surface defects.

Quality Control Process

Every product batch goes through a fixed QC sequence before shipment. Ceramic products are tested for crush strength, water absorption, acid resistance, dimensional tolerance and chemical composition (XRF). Plastic products are checked for melt flow index, dimensional accuracy, wall thickness and surface quality. Metal products are inspected for weld quality, surface finish and dimensional compliance. Test reports are generated per batch and included with every delivery. No batch ships without a signed QC release.
